Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used.
Non-Returnable Goods
Certain products are exempt from being returned. These include:

Bedding items that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.

Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Products with obvious signs of use (such as bedding or pillow cases that have been washed or used).

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your credit card company— it may take some time for your refund to officially post.

Contact your bank— there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, including discounted bedding, pillowcases, and duvet covers, are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@osafalillc.com and mail the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will mail you a gift certificate of the same value.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
Shipping Returns

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
